Evaluating UHPC manufacturer quality through samples should focus on four dimensions: "surface appearance, mechanical performance, durability, and consistency." Qinglong Group recommends a "look, test, try, ask" process: visually inspect surface flatness (≤0.3mm/2m) and color difference (ΔE≤2.0), test compressive strength (≥150MPa) and water absorption (≤6%) in the laboratory, conduct on-site drilling tests (checking for edge chipping), and request quality inspection reports from batch production. We provide standard sample testing kits (including flat panels, shaped panels, and core samples), and customers may commission third-party testing agencies for verification. Surface Quality Reflects Craftsmanship

High-quality UHPC panels should have a dense surface free of air holes (≤3 bubbles per ㎡) and intact edges and corners without defects. Qinglong samples are mechanically polished, with roughness Ra≤1.6μm. Acid-etched samples with exposed aggregate allow observation of quartz sand distribution uniformity. Double-curved panel samples should be checked for smoothness of surface transitions.

Mechanical Performance Testing Requires Scientific Rigor

The compressive strength of standard 100mm cube specimens should be ≥150MPa, with a coefficient of variation ≤5%. The load-deflection curve of flexural strength specimens (100×100×400mm) should show a distinct plastic plateau. We provide authoritative test reports with each sample, including durability data such as freeze-thaw cycles (strength loss ≤5% after 100 cycles).

Simple On-Site Verification Is Important

Cut the panel edge with an angle grinder to observe whether fiber distribution is uniform; perform a hammer tap test on the back of the panel—quality UHPC produces a crisp metallic sound; in a water drop test, water droplets should bead up like balls (contact angle ≥100°). Batch Consistency Is a Key Indicator

Request samples from 3 batches of the same mix formula; the compared color difference ΔE should be ≤3.0.
