What Is the Typical Compressive Strength of 30mm Thick UHPC Panels? Performance Benchmarks and Qinglong Group's Quality Commitment

The compressive strength of 30mm-thick UHPC panels is the core indicator of their structural performance. After standard curing (20°C, RH≥95%, 28 days), high-quality products typically achieve a compressive strength of 120-180MPa, with the highest exceeding 200MPa. Qinglong Group's internal control standards are stricter than the national standard: the compressive strength of 30mm-thick panels is consistently above 150MPa, with a coefficient of variation ≤5%. In the roofing project of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, the 30mm-thick double-curved UHPC panels we supplied were tested by the national testing center with an average compressive strength of 165MPa and a minimum of 152MPa, fully meeting the load-bearing requirements of a 120,000-square-meter roof in a typhoon-prone region. Compressive strength is the cornerstone of UHPC's high performance and must be safeguarded throughout the entire process of mix proportion, production technology, and curing.

Material Mix Proportion Is the Source of Strength

We use Grade 52.5 cement, silica fume (dosage 20-25%), and high-range water reducer (water-binder ratio ≤0.20) to achieve the densest particle packing. Steel fibers (2-3% by volume) bridge microcracks and improve toughness. We optimize the mix through orthogonal tests, achieving a 100% strength compliance rate.

Production Process Ensures Strength Realization

Robotic spraying ensures uniform fiber distribution (uniformity ≥95%); steam curing (80°C × 24h) promotes early strength development (1-day strength ≥50MPa). The intelligent curing kilns at our Nanning production base maintain temperature control within ±2°C, eliminating strength fluctuations.

Testing System Safeguards Strength Authenticity

For every 100m³, one group (3 pieces) of 100mm cube specimens is sampled and tested on a compression machine (2000kN) with ±1% accuracy. Data is entered into the MES system for full traceability. We guarantee that negative strength deviation does not exceed 10%.
