Texture Realization Processes Reflect Technical Capability

We possess ten major categories of surface treatment technologies, including stone imitation, wood imitation, metal imitation, and artistic textures. Our stone imitation process achieves over 95% fidelity through "mold transfer plus hand refinement." For the Hainan Changying Paradise project, our imitation sandstone surface was so realistic that even experts found it hard to distinguish from the real thing.

Color Difference Control Combines Art and Technology

Using a computerized color matching system, color difference is controlled at ΔE≤2.0. Samples from each production batch are retained for comparison to ensure color consistency. In large projects, we adopt a strategy of "centralized blending, phased installation" to avoid batch-to-batch color variation. The 3,000-square-meter curtain wall panels for the Shenzhen Yirui project received zero color difference complaints.

Weather Resistance Testing Ensures Long-Term Aesthetics

Surface treatments must pass tests for UV resistance, acid rain resistance, and freeze-thaw resistance. We use fluorocarbon topcoats to achieve surface weather resistance of over 10 years.
