The constant temperature curing kiln is the core equipment in GRC production, and its control precision directly determines three key product indicators: "strength development, durability, and stability." Qinglong Group's Nanning production base is equipped with a cluster of intelligent curing kilns using a PLC automatic control system, achieving a precise environment with temperature controlled to ±2℃ and humidity ≥95%. Data shows that GRC panels cured at a constant 80℃ for 24 hours achieve 30% higher strength than naturally cured products, with 50% lower shrinkage and 40% reduced carbonation depth. In the Shenzhen Yirui Biotech Building project, our precise curing control ensured that 3,000 square meters of GRC curtain wall panels achieved a strength dispersion coefficient ≤5% and a flatness error ≤2mm/2m, delivering high-quality results. Curing is not simply heating—it is a precise process of activating material properties.
Excessive temperature differences inside the curing kiln cause uneven strength development across different parts of components, generating internal stress. Qinglong Group installs 12 temperature sensors in each kiln and, through airflow optimization, keeps the temperature difference inside the kiln ≤3℃. In the production of large panels for the Hainan Convention and Exhibition Center, the strength deviation at each point of 6-meter-long panels was ≤3MPa, ensuring uniform joints during installation.
Humidity below 90% causes GRC surfaces to lose water and develop plastic shrinkage cracks. Our curing kilns are equipped with a high-pressure micro-fog system that keeps humidity stable above 95%. At the Nanning production base, precise humidity control has left product surfaces free of any visible cracks.
GRC with different mix ratios and thicknesses requires different curing regimes. Through testing, we have determined the optimal curing curves: standard panels follow a "4h heating + 20h constant temperature + 4h cooling" regime; thick, large components use stepped heating; ultra-thin components use a lower constant temperature. This customized curing maximizes material performance.
Qinglong Group's curing kilns use waste heat recovery technology, reducing energy consumption by 30%. At the same time, by optimizing curing time, kiln turnover is increased while quality is assured, achieving a balance between energy saving and high efficiency.
Constant temperature curing is an important guarantee of GRC quality. Through equipment investment and process innovation, Qinglong Group ensures that every product leaving the factory achieves optimal performance.
