Before leaving the factory, UHPC components must undergo more than 20 tests across four major categories—mechanical properties, durability, dimensional tolerances, and appearance quality—to ensure products meet design and specification requirements. Mechanical Property Testing Is the Safety Baseline

Compressive strength is tested using 100mm cube specimens, and flexural strength using 40mm×40mm×160mm small beams. Qinglong Group has introduced a 2000kN universal testing machine with ±1% accuracy, sampling one test group for every 100m³ of components. In spot checks for the Shenzhen Yirui project, flexural strength averaged 18.3MPa, exceeding design requirements.

Durability Testing Predicts Long-Term Performance

Frost resistance is tested by the rapid freeze-thaw method, with mass loss after 300 cycles ≤5%; the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is tested by the RCM method. For coastal projects, Qinglong Group has added salt spray tests simulating a 20-year corrosive environment.

Dimensional and Appearance Inspections Ensure Installation Quality

3D dimensions are measured with laser scanners, and panels with deviations exceeding ±2mm are reworked; color is measured with a colorimeter, with ΔE≤3.0. For the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center project, color difference across 5,000 panels was controlled to ΔE≤1.5, achieving seamless joining.
