The GRC production process is a precise art of transforming scientific formulations into stable products. Its core workflow consists of five key stages: "precise raw material metering, high-speed uniform mixing, directional fiber distribution, precision forming, and standard curing." Based on 28 years of production practice and smart manufacturing upgrades, Qinglong Group has built a fully automated GRC Industry 4.0 production line at its Nanning production base: a German BHS fully automatic mixing station achieves batching accuracy of ±0.5%; a robotic spraying system ensures three-dimensional uniform fiber distribution (uniformity ≥95%); vacuum dewatering technology enhances compaction; and finally, standard curing in an intelligent curing kiln (temperature 20±2°C, humidity ≥95%) activates the final strength. In the 120,000-square-meter roofing project of the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, this mature process ensured a coefficient of variation in strength below 5% for tens of thousands of double-curved panels, providing a solid foundation for the realization of this world-class landmark. Exquisite craftsmanship is the bridge between materials science and engineering marvels.
All raw materials enter the fully automatic mixing station according to preset proportions. Qinglong Group adopts a process of dry mixing first and then wet mixing, ensuring that fine powders (such as cement and silica fume) are fully dispersed before a water solution containing water reducer is added for high-speed mixing, forming a uniform and fine slurry within a short time. The uniformity of this stage is the foundation of subsequent quality.
This is the soul of the GRC process. Qinglong Group primarily uses the spraying process: a robot simultaneously sprays chopped fibers and cement slurry onto the mold, and by controlling the robot's movement path and speed, achieves ideal fiber distribution in three-dimensional space. For flat panels, slurry casting or the premix method is also used. The spraying process yields the highest fiber utilization and mechanical performance.
After forming, air bubbles are removed through roller compaction, vibration, or vacuum dewatering to increase density. The product then enters the curing stage: it first rests in a warm, humid environment (initial setting), and then moves into a standard curing room for full hydration. The curing regime (temperature, humidity, and duration) is critical to strength development and durability and must be precisely controlled. Qinglong Group's intelligent curing system enables fully automated management throughout the process.
After reaching the specified strength, products are demolded and undergo edge trimming and surface treatment (such as sandblasting, acid etching, and coloring). Every panel undergoes strict inspection and may leave the factory only after passing. Qinglong Group has introduced laser scanning to inspect critical dimensions, ensuring product quality without fail.
GRC production is a technology-intensive manufacturing process. Through continuous equipment investment and process innovation, Qinglong Group has made its production process standardized, data-driven, and intelligent, ensuring that every GRC panel delivered to customers carries our professional commitment.
