What Are the Product Testing Standards of GRC Manufacturers? Specification System and Qinglong Group Quality Control Benchmarks

GRC product testing must follow the three-tier standard system of national, industry, and enterprise standards. Core standards include the "Technical Standard for Application of Glass Fibre Reinforced Cement (GRC) in Construction" (JGJ/T423) and "Glass Fibre Reinforced Cement (GRC) Decorative Products" (JC/T940). As a co-drafting organization of these standards, Qinglong Group has established internal control standards stricter than national standards: bending strength ≥18MPa (national standard ≥12MPa) and water absorption ≤8% (national standard ≤10%). In testing for the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Centre project, we conducted the full range of tests per the standards, including wind pressure resistance, watertightness, and in-plane deformation, and all data met requirements. Standards are the common language of quality and must be strictly implemented.

The GB/T 15231 series of standards specifies test methods for physical and mechanical properties. Qinglong Group's laboratory is CNAS accredited, and its test reports are mutually recognized internationally. Standard-compliant testing ensures product safety and compliance.

JC/T 940 specifies requirements for decorative products such as appearance and dimensional deviation. We use coordinate measuring machines to control dimensional accuracy within ±1mm. Industry standards promote the standardized development of the industry.
