Differences in production processes among GRC manufacturers are mainly reflected in three aspects: "forming method, curing regime, and equipment level". Mainstream processes include the spraying method (directed fiber distribution), the premixing method (suitable for complex shapes), and the mesh-laying method (efficient production of large panels). Based on 28 years of process exploration, Qinglong Group has developed the technical route of "robotic spraying + vacuum dewatering + intelligent curing": a 6-axis robot (positioning accuracy ±0.1mm) achieves three-dimensional uniform fiber distribution (uniformity ≥95%), the vacuum dewatering system (vacuum degree -0.08MPa) improves compactness, and the steam curing kiln (temperature control ±2℃) ensures stable strength development. In the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, this process achieved a flexural strength of 18MPa for double-curved panels, far exceeding the 15MPa national standard requirement. Process selection determines the product's genes.
The spraying method offers controllable fiber orientation, making it suitable for load-bearing components; the premixing method allows design freedom, making it suitable for artistic components. Qinglong Group selects processes according to product function to optimize the performance-to-cost ratio. Scientific selection is the foundation of quality.
Standard curing (20℃×28 days) is low in cost, while steam curing (60℃×24h) is highly efficient. We determine the optimal regime through testing, balancing efficiency and quality. Curing is the "second production process".
Imported production lines offer good stability, while domestic equipment provides high cost-effectiveness. Qinglong Group adopts differentiated configurations, using imported equipment for key processes. To do a good job, one must first sharpen one's tools.
