Curvature protection during the transportation of double-curved GRC panels is achieved through the triple technologies of "custom packaging, intelligent fixing, and process monitoring," with the core being to control vibration acceleration ≤0.5g, surface pressure ≤2kPa, and temperature difference ≤15℃. In the transportation of double-curved roof panels for the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, Qinglong Group developed a "curved-surface conforming" packaging system: CNC-carved EPS foam liners (fully matching the panel surface curvature), vacuum adsorption fixing devices (adsorption force ≥300kg/point), and IoT temperature-vibration recorders, ensuring that 12,000 double-curved panels showed a curvature change ≤0.1% after 2,000 kilometers of transportation. Curved surface protection is not only physical protection, but also the preservation of mathematical precision.
Innovation in packaging materials and structure. The liner uses EPE foam with a density ≥25kg/m³, CNC-machined to create a cavity that fully conforms to the panel surface. We invented a "sandwich" packaging structure: a waterproof film on the outer layer, a cushioning layer in the middle, and a scratch-resistant film on the inner layer. In the transportation for the Wuhan Han Show Theatre project, this packaging reduced the damage rate to 0.01%.
Fixing technology ensures stability. Vacuum suction cup arrays are used to distribute the adsorption force evenly. Curved-surface-specific brackets have been developed with support point spacing ≤600mm. Transport vehicles are equipped with air suspension, keeping vibration acceleration within 0.3g.
Full-process monitoring and emergency handling. Temperature-vibration recorders are installed to transmit data in real time. Qinglong Group assigns a technician to each vehicle load for adjustments at any time en route. Scientific transportation lets curved surfaces arrive perfectly.
