The construction period difference between UHPC exterior walls and traditional tile exterior walls is significant, mainly reflected in three major aspects: "substrate preparation, installation technique, and curing cycle". Based on statistics from 28 years of project data, Qinglong Group has found that the standard construction period of the UHPC dry-hanging system (including steel keel installation) is 15-20 days per thousand square meters, while traditional tile wet-adhesion requires 25-35 days per thousand square meters—UHPC can shorten the construction period by 30-40%. UHPC panels complete curing and surface treatment in the factory, requiring only installation on site. Through BIM detailed design, Qinglong Group has standardized and modularized the panels, achieving a daily average output of 2,000 square meters at its Nanning production base.
