To assess a UHPC manufacturer's process maturity, focus on three key dimensions: "equipment advancement, process standardization, and quality stability." Specifically, this can be done by conducting a factory audit to evaluate equipment automation levels on-site, reviewing the completeness of process documentation, and analyzing quantitative indicators such as the coefficient of variation in product performance. Qinglong Group recommends focusing on: whether the manufacturer has a fully automatic batching system (accuracy ±0.5%), robotic spraying equipment (fiber distribution uniformity ≥95%), and an intelligent curing system (temperature control ±2℃); whether standardized operating procedures (SOP) have been established covering every stage from raw materials to finished products; and whether key performance indicators such as the strength coefficient of variation are ≤5%. At the Open Day of our Nanning production base, we showed clients our process parameter library of over 200 sets accumulated over 28 years, along with real-time production monitoring based on the MES system, demonstrating the maturity and reliability of our process system.
Advanced equipment is the vehicle for implementing processes. Qinglong introduced German BHS twin-shaft mixers with a mixing uniformity coefficient ≥0.95; robotic spraying trajectories have been optimized through tens of millions of iterations, with controllable fiber orientation. Through equipment status monitoring, fault early-warning rates have improved by 30%. Hardware quality directly determines the upper limit of process capability.
We established 127 SOP documents across 18 categories to achieve comprehensive control over "Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment." In the production of red double-curved panels for the Wuhan Han Show Theatre, strict adherence to standards kept the color difference of 9,000 panels at ΔE≤3.0. Standardization is the key to converting individual experience into corporate assets.
Each panel carries a QR code, allowing traceability of production time, process parameters, and quality inspection records. In after-sales service for the Hainan project, the data chain enabled rapid identification of problem batches and precise recalls. Process maturity is ultimately reflected in detail management.
