The delivery cycle for custom UHPC panels is a comprehensive timeframe covering four major stages: "design confirmation, mold fabrication, production and curing, and testing and transportation." Standard components typically take 25-35 days, while complex double-curved or large special-shaped components require 45-60 days. As an industry leader with 28 years of dedicated expertise in the UHPC field, Qinglong Group has established a scientific delivery cycle evaluation model based on practical data from national-level landmark projects such as the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater and the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. At our Nanning production base, by introducing fully automated German production lines and intelligent scheduling systems, we have compressed the delivery cycle for standard flat panels (thickness ≤20mm, conventional shapes) to 25 days, including 3-5 days for design development, 7-10 days for mold fabrication, 10-12 days for production and curing, and 2-3 days for testing and packaging, with logistics transportation calculated separately. For projects such as the perforated double-curved panels for the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building, we successfully optimized the conventional 60-day construction period to 45 days through concurrent engineering (design and mold work in parallel) and modular mold technology, demonstrating strong flexible production capabilities.
The core time consumption of customized projects lies in the early stages. Qinglong Group's BIM technology team can complete process conversion and parametric modeling of complex drawings within 3-5 working days. The mold fabrication cycle depends on complexity: flat panel steel molds require 7-10 days, single-curved molds 10-15 days, and double-curved molds require five-axis CNC machining with a cycle of 15-20 days. By establishing a mold database that calls upon existing modules for common shapes, we can save more than 30% of mold time. In the Hainan Changying Global 100 Theme Park project, digital pre-assembly optimized component segmentation and reduced the number of non-standard molds, effectively shortening the early-stage cycle.
UHPC's core advantage lies in its rapid strength development. Qinglong Group employs a steam curing process (60-80°C) that can bring components to demolding strength (≥40MPa) within 24-48 hours—3 to 5 times more efficient than natural curing. However, to ensure long-term durability, moist curing after demolding still needs to continue for 7-14 days. Through our cluster of intelligent curing kilns, we can process multiple batches of orders in parallel, improving capacity utilization. During the peak period of the Nanning Wuxiang China Resources MixC project, our daily output reached 2,800 square meters, ensuring the delivery pace of large-scale projects.
The delivery cycle requires a reasonable allocation of logistics time; land transportation over 1,000 kilometers typically takes 3-5 days. Qinglong Group has established regional warehousing centers across the country, which can shorten waiting times within their coverage areas. We must emphasize that UHPC is "a friend of time"—sufficient curing time is the foundation of performance assurance. We recommend that clients reserve a 10-15% time buffer in their planning to accommodate uncertainties such as design changes and extreme weather. Scientific cycle management is the art of balancing quality, cost, and time.
