What Performance Indicators Must Be Tested Before UHPC Components Leave the Factory? Quality Control and Qinglong Group's Full-Process Inspection System

Before leaving the factory, UHPC components must undergo more than 20 inspection indicators across three major categories—mechanical properties, durability, and dimensional deviation—to ensure products meet design standards. Based on 28 years of quality control experience, Qinglong Group has established a three-level inspection system covering "raw materials - process - finished products". Mandatory test indicators for each batch of components include: compressive strength (≥120MPa), flexural strength (≥15MPa), chloride ion diffusion coefficient (≤2.0×10⁻¹² m²/s), dimensional deviation (±2mm), and surface quality (no cracks or bubbles). In the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater project, our products passed third-party inspection with a 99.5% pass rate and a strength variation coefficient ≤5%, providing solid assurance for project safety.

Core Mechanical Property Tests

Compressive strength is tested using standard cube specimens, and flexural strength is determined by the three-point bending method. We use a universal testing machine with a loading rate of 1.2MPa/s, and data is recorded automatically. One set of samples is taken per 100m³ of components to ensure representativeness.

Durability Indicator Verification

The chloride ion diffusion coefficient is measured using the RCM method, and frost resistance is verified with strength loss ≤5% after 300 freeze-thaw cycles. The Qinglong Group laboratory is fully equipped, and all test reports are traceable.

Dimensional and Appearance Quality Control

Dimensional deviation is measured with a laser scanner, and color difference is tested with a colorimeter to ensure a ΔE value ≤3.0. Strict quality control is the foundation of UHPC's high performance.
