Signing a GRC supply contract is the legal key to locking in product quality and delineating technical responsibilities. Core performance indicators, acceptance criteria, and process requirements must be clearly written into the contract annexes in quantified form. Based on 28 years of commercial practice, Qinglong Group has summarized ten key technical parameters that the contract must specify: mechanical properties of materials (e.g., flexural strength ≥18MPa), durability indicators (e.g., frost resistance grade F100), dimensional tolerances (e.g., length deviation ±2mm), fiber content and quality (ZrO₂≥16%), surface treatment standards (glossiness, color difference ΔE), connector specifications and mechanical properties, testing methods and acceptance criteria, packaging and transportation requirements, on-site installation cooperation responsibilities, and warranty period and scope. Vague expressions such as “high quality” or “meeting standards” must be eliminated.
Material performance clauses are of paramount importance. The contract should clearly specify concrete values for the GRC panels' flexural strength, impact strength, water absorption, and frost resistance, along with the corresponding testing standards (e.g., GB/T 15231). Qinglong Group's contract annexes list in detail the brands, models, or technical specifications of all raw materials—for example, “using Jidong Cement P·SAC 52.5 low-alkali sulfoaluminate cement with alkali content ≤0.6%”—to avoid disputes at the source. We also attach a sample third-party pre-inspection report as the acceptance benchmark.
Acceptance clauses must be operationally actionable. It should be specified whether acceptance is factory acceptance (FAT) or site acceptance (SAT), the sampling ratio (typically one inspection lot per 1000㎡), and how non-conforming products are handled (return, discounted acceptance, or on-site repair). Qinglong Group's contract clearly stipulates that during acceptance, both parties jointly take and seal samples, which are sent to a third-party testing institution recognized by both parties for retesting, with that institution's report serving as the final basis.
Intellectual property and cooperation responsibilities are often overlooked. The copyright ownership of detailed design drawings should be clarified, as well as the frequency and number of personnel for on-site technical briefings and installation guidance that the manufacturer must provide. A clear technical contract is the cornerstone of smooth project implementation and long-term cooperation. Qinglong Group is willing to work with clients, with the utmost rigor, to jointly draft a contract with clearly defined rights and responsibilities that achieves win-win cooperation.
