GRC manufacturers' production processes mainly include three technical routes: spraying, premixing, and mesh laying. Quality enterprises select the optimal process based on product requirements. Qinglong Group primarily uses robotic spraying combined with premix casting, achieving fiber distribution uniformity of ≥95% and product flexural strength of 18-25MPa. The spraying process is suitable for specially shaped components. Robots spray fibers in a directed manner with uniform three-dimensional distribution, making it ideal for double-curved and openwork designs. In the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, Qinglong Group used this process to produce wave panels, achieving precise forming of complex curved surfaces. The premix process is highly efficient and suitable for standard panels, but fiber orientation is slightly inferior.

Production is strictly controlled. Batching accuracy of ±0.5% and a water-cement ratio of 0.30-0.35 ensure workability. The curing regime is critical: steam curing (60-80℃) for 24 hours promotes strength development. Testing covers all stages, with full monitoring from raw materials to finished products.
