Mechanical properties are the core of product quality. High-quality GRC products should have a flexural strength of no less than 15MPa and a fracture energy of over 12000J/㎡. Through optimized mix proportions and fiber distribution, Qinglong Group products achieve a flexural strength of 18-25MPa. A simple on-site identification method is judging by the tapping sound—products with uniform quality produce a crisp sound with no hollow or dull tones. For important projects, request third-party test reports from the manufacturer to verify whether key performance indicators meet design requirements.

Durability affects product service life. Alkali resistance is key to GRC durability, evaluated through accelerated aging tests that assess fiber stability in alkaline environments. After 300 freeze-thaw cycles, Qinglong Group products lose no more than 5% strength, far exceeding standard requirements. In appearance, high-quality products have a dense, uniform surface with no noticeable color difference or air bubbles.
