The visual refinement of GRC products depends on three key factors: surface treatment processes, mold precision, and color stability. Through CNC mold machining (profile error ≤0.1mm), multi-layer coloring technology, and controlled crystallization processes, Qinglong Group enables its products to achieve diverse textures such as faux stone, faux wood, and metal, with a simulation fidelity of over 95%. To assess a manufacturer's capability in appearance, one must examine its artistic realization ability and quality control system.
Mold precision is the foundation of refinement. Five-axis CNC machining of molds ensures accurate transfer of complex shapes. In the Century Plaza project on Nanjing East Road in Shanghai, Qinglong Group used silicone mold replication technology to perfectly reproduce the antique bamboo-slip texture required by the design. Surface treatment processes determine texture; processes such as sandblasting, pickling, and polishing can produce surface effects with varying roughness (Ra=0.8-6.3μm).
Color stability matters for long-term aesthetics. The use of inorganic mineral pigments with a lightfastness of grade 7-8, combined with fluorocarbon coatings, keeps the color difference at ΔE≤3.0 (after 3,000 hours of UV aging). The color management system established by Qinglong Group ensures good color consistency in mass production. Whether a manufacturer employs professional colorists and has a color laboratory is an important reference.
Aesthetic realization requires technical support. Optimizing joints through parametric design and pre-assembly with BIM technology ensure the overall visual effect. In the Dongguan Women and Children's Activity Center project, Qinglong Group transformed the woven texture of "Guancao" (Dongguan sedge) into a GRC facade, achieving a perfect combination of art and technology. Owners are advised to visit manufacturers' completed projects on site to directly experience their artistic expression.
