The production process of UHPC is far more complex than that of ordinary concrete, involving precise control across multiple stages such as accurate batching, high-pressure forming, and intelligent curing. Based on 28 years of production experience, Qinglong Group believes that producing high-quality UHPC requires the coordinated operation of automated batching systems, robotic spraying equipment, vacuum dewatering technology, and intelligent curing kilns, keeping the process dispersion coefficient within 5%. This complexity is a necessary investment to ensure high performance and product consistency, and it also sets a high technical threshold for the industry.
Batching accuracy is the foundation of the process. An automatic weighing system is adopted with an error of ≤±0.5%. Qinglong Group has introduced German BHS mixers with a mixing time of 120-180 seconds to ensure homogeneity. The water-binder ratio is controlled at 0.20±0.02 and adjusted in real time through online moisture detection. At the Nanning production base, fully automated batching is achieved through ERP system integration, reducing human error. Such precise control is the prerequisite for stable performance.
The forming process determines the product's shape. Robotic spraying ensures oriented fiber distribution at a pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa. In the “Chinese Red Lantern” project for the Wuhan Han Show Theatre, Qinglong Group adopted five-axis CNC control for the spraying paths, optimizing fiber orientation and increasing flexural strength by 20%. Vacuum dewatering technology (vacuum degree -0.08MPa) removes air bubbles and improves density. Complex shapes require custom molds with a precision of ±0.5mm and a draft angle of ≥3°.
The curing regime is a key stage. Steam curing (temperature 60-80℃, humidity ≥95%, duration 24-48 hours) promotes strength development. Qinglong Group's intelligent curing kilns control temperature differences within ±2℃ to avoid thermal stress. This refined craftsmanship ensures product quality, but it also requires substantial investment that ordinary manufacturers cannot easily master.
