The strength development time after UHPC construction depends on the material mix ratio, curing conditions, and environmental factors. Under standard curing, quality products can reach 70% of the 28-day strength in 3 days and 90% in 7 days, fully meeting the standard at 28 days. Qinglong Group can shorten curing time through optimized processes to meet urgent construction schedules, but must ensure that strength fully develops.
The curing regime affects strength development. Steam curing accelerates hydration, allowing 50% strength at 24 hours. In its Hainan project, Qinglong Group adopted an intelligent curing kiln with temperature controlled at 60±2℃ for 24-48 hours, achieving uniform strength development. Natural curing needs to be extended to 7-14 days and is greatly affected by temperature and humidity. Scientific curing avoids defects caused by rushing the process.
The material mix ratio determines the rate of strength gain. A low water-binder ratio and active admixtures promote early strength. Through optimization, Qinglong UHPC achieves a 3-day compressive strength exceeding 80MPa, meeting early load-bearing requirements. However, note that high early strength does not guarantee long-term performance; a sufficient curing period should be ensured.
Testing verifies that strength meets the standard. On-site sampling tests ensure compliance with requirements. Qinglong Group attaches a test report to each batch of products, which customers can verify. Properly plan the construction schedule, balancing strength development and project progress.
