Choosing the right cleaning agent is key. Neutral cleaning agents with a pH value of 6-8 are recommended to avoid surface corrosion from strong acids or alkalis. In the Nanning Wuxiang China Resources MixC project, Qinglong Group used a specialized GRC cleaning agent that effectively removed stains while protecting the coating. For stubborn stains, mild organic solvents may be used, but a test should first be conducted in an inconspicuous area. Dilute the cleaning agent according to the instructions; excessive use may leave residue that affects the appearance.

Cleaning tools and methods affect the results. Use a soft-bristle brush or sponge for scrubbing, and avoid scratching the surface with hard objects. Water pressure should be kept below 50Bar, as excessive pressure may damage the coating. In cleaning the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building, Qinglong Group used low-pressure spraying combined with manual scrubbing, achieving remarkable results. For high areas, use long-pole tools or professional gondolas to ensure safety. Rinse thoroughly after cleaning to avoid cleaning agent residue.

Cleaning frequency should be determined according to the environment. Increase the frequency in dusty areas, generally 1-2 times per year.
