The transportation of ultra-thin UHPC panels (thickness ≤20mm) requires special attention to shock protection and bending prevention. Qinglong Group has developed a vacuum adsorption bracket system with a suction force of ≥0.08MPa. Combined with flexible cushioning layers, it keeps the transportation breakage rate below 0.05%.

Specialized racks are key to protection. Profiled brackets are used, with curvature matched to the panels. Bracket spacing is ≤500mm to prevent overhang. In the Nanning project, Qinglong Group designed honeycomb-shaped brackets for 15mm-thick panels, keeping vibration acceleration within 0.3g. Fixing straps with buffer pads distribute pressure evenly.

Transportation is managed with precision. Vehicle speed is limited to below 60km/h to avoid sudden braking. GPS monitoring tracks routes in real time, and flat roads are selected. Upon arrival at the site, panels are inspected before unloading to ensure they remain intact. These systematic measures guarantee the safe transportation of ultra-thin panels.
