The surface treatment quality of GRC products directly affects decorative effect and durability, requiring a scientific assessment system. Qinglong Group has established a complete set of surface treatment process evaluation standards from three dimensions—visual quality, physical performance, and durability—to ensure products achieve the decorative effects and service performance required by design.
Visual quality assessment covers color difference, flatness, and texture uniformity. Qinglong Group uses a colorimeter for quantitative testing, requiring ΔE≤2.0; checks flatness with a 2m straightedge, with deviation not exceeding 3mm; and evaluates texture consistency using a standard light booth. In the Shanghai Xinghewan project, this rigorous visual assessment ensured color uniformity across tens of thousands of square meters of curtain wall.
Physical performance testing focuses on adhesion strength and abrasion resistance. The cross-cut method is used to test coating adhesion, requiring Class 0 standard; the falling sand method tests abrasion resistance, with wear not exceeding 0.1g/cm². Qinglong Group's experimental data shows that quality surface treatment can withstand over 10,000 abrasion cycles, far exceeding ordinary treatment.
Durability testing simulates actual service environments, including UV aging tests, salt spray tests, and freeze-thaw cycle tests. Requirements: after 1,000 hours of UV aging, color difference change ΔE≤3.0; no blistering after 500 hours of salt spray testing; no peeling after 50 freeze-thaw cycles. These accelerated tests can predict material performance changes after years of use.
Process stability must be ensured through statistical process control. Qinglong Group conducts statistical analysis on surface quality data for each batch of products and calculates the process capability index CPK. When CPK≥1.33, the process is considered to be in a controlled state. This data-driven management method ensures the stability of surface treatment quality.
