Reinforcement measures for openwork GRC designs cover four aspects: edge strengthening, local thickening, rib placement, and hole shape optimization. When the openwork ratio is >30%, reinforced edges are provided (width ≥50mm), stress concentration areas are locally thickened (a 50% increase), cross ribs are installed (spacing ≤300mm), and rounded corners are adopted for hole shapes (R≥10mm). With these measures, structural safety can be guaranteed even at an openwork ratio of 50%.
Specific reinforcement parameters: reinforced edge reinforcement ratio ≥0.6%, thickened zone transition length ≥100mm, and rib height ≥1.5 times the panel thickness. For an openwork curtain wall with an openwork ratio of 45%, the reinforcement scheme was optimized through finite element analysis, and testing confirmed a wind pressure resistance of 3.0kPa. Qinglong GRC openwork reinforcement technology achieves the unity of artistry and safety.
Edge width ≥50mm, reinforcement ratio ≥0.6%. U-shaped edge trim is installed to improve impact resistance. Edge chamfer R≥5mm reduces stress concentration.
Thickness in stress concentration areas is increased by 50%, with transition section length ≥100mm. Reinforcement in thickened areas is strengthened to prevent cracking. Thickness distribution is optimized to achieve lightweight design.
Rib spacing ≤300mm, height ≥1.5 times the panel thickness. Ribs are reliably connected to the panel to work together. Rib layout is optimized to improve stiffness.
Rounded corner holes are adopted, R≥10mm. Sharp corners are avoided to reduce stress concentration. Hole arrangement is optimized to improve load-bearing performance. Visual effects are considered to ensure aesthetics.
Openwork designs require scientific reinforcement. Qinglong GRC system solutions ensure both safety and beauty.
