The surface textures of UHPC shaped components are achieved through mold transfer technology, including three processes: engraved molds (depth 0.5-3mm), etched molds (roughness Ra=3.2-12.5μm), and replica molds (fidelity ≥95%). Using a combined process of CNC engraving (precision ±0.1mm) plus hand finishing, natural textures such as stone and wood can be accurately replicated. The surface treatment depth is generally controlled within 1/5 of the panel thickness to ensure structural safety.
The specific implementation process: first, original texture data is obtained through 3D scanning, then molds are engraved on a five-axis machining center, and finally surface treatment is performed. In one project that required replicating the stone texture of a historic building, a 95% fidelity was achieved through high-precision scanning (point spacing 0.1mm) and micro-engraving technology. The texture database established by Qinglong UHPC contains more than 200 common textures, enabling rapid response to different design requirements.
Carbide cutting tools are used, with engraving depths of 0.5-3mm. The tool diameter is selected according to texture complexity, with a minimum of Φ0.5mm. The engraving speed is 3000-5000mm/min, ensuring machining efficiency and quality.
Fine textures are achieved through chemical etching, with depths of 0.1-0.5mm. Patterns are created using photosensitive adhesive, with etching precision reaching 0.01mm. It is suitable for rendering delicate natural texture effects.
The texture depth does not exceed 1/5 of the panel thickness and is appropriately reduced in main load-bearing areas. Deep textures are avoided at rib positions to ensure structural integrity. Stress distribution is verified through finite element analysis.
Texture clarity ≥90%, dimensional error ≤0.2mm. A physical sample comparison system is established to ensure consistency in mass production.
Surface texture is key to achieving artistic effects. Through precise mold technology, design creativity is perfectly brought to life.
