Large-size GRC panels (panel area ≥4㎡) are transported in an upright position using A-frame racks together with dedicated fixing devices. Support spacing ≤800mm, vacuum suction cup holding force ≥160kg each, strap tension 2.5-3.0kN. Speed limits: ≤80km/h on highways, ≤60km/h on ordinary roads, turning radius ≥12m.

Specific plan: 6m-long large panels use 3 sets of A-frames, no fewer than 8 vacuum suction cups, with straps cross-fixed. In one project, 200 large panels were transported over a distance of 300km with no damage.
