Chloride ion content testing of GRC panels is carried out in accordance with the JGJ/T 322 standard, using chemical titration or potentiometric titration. Samples are taken from the mid-thickness (1/2 of panel thickness), with a sample quantity of ≥500g and a testing precision of 0.001%. The chloride ion content of high-quality GRC panels should be ≤0.06% (by cement mass).
Specific testing steps: drilling to collect powder → sieving through a 0.16mm sieve → hot water extraction → titration analysis. GRC panels from a seaside project were tested and showed a chloride ion content of 0.045%, far below the 0.06% limit, meeting durability requirements. The test report must include information such as sampling location, testing method, and result data.
Sampling at 1/2 of panel thickness; sample quantity ≥500g; these requirements ensure representativeness.
Chemical titration; potentiometric titration; these methods are accurate and reliable.
Testing precision of 0.001%; these controls ensure accuracy.
≤0.06% is qualified; these criteria determine quality.
Chloride ion content affects durability. Qinglong GRC conducts strict testing to ensure long-term use.
