For testing methods, a 3D scanner is used to measure dimensions (precision 0.1mm), a universal testing machine for strength (precision 1%), and the RCM method for the chloride ion diffusion coefficient. The sampling rate is 5% per batch, with critical components subject to 100% inspection. Through such rigorous testing, Qinglong UHPC products achieve a first-pass acceptance rate of 99.5%, with the strength variation coefficient controlled within 5%.
