UHPC steam curing parameters must be scientifically set based on component thickness, mix proportions, and ambient temperature. Through extensive testing, Qinglong UHPC has established a standard curing regime: heating rate ≤15°C/h, constant temperature of 80±5°C held for 24-48h, and cooling rate ≤10°C/h. This regime enables components to reach a strength of over 70MPa within 24h while avoiding thermal cracks.
In specific applications, 20mm-thick decorative panels use an accelerated curing regime (80°C×24h), while 150mm-thick structural components use a slow curing regime (80°C×48h). Monitoring with embedded temperature sensors shows that the core-to-surface temperature difference of components is always kept within 15°C, effectively preventing thermal stress cracks. Post-curing tests show that under this regime, the coefficient of variation in component strength is ≤5%, and all durability indicators fully meet standards.
Rate ≤15°C/h; cover component surfaces to prevent moisture loss; reduce to 10°C/h for thicknesses >100mm. These controls prevent thermal stress cracks.
Temperature 80±5°C; duration increased by 6h for every 25mm of thickness; humidity ≥95%. These parameters ensure full hydration.
Rate ≤10°C/h; remove components from the curing chamber when the temperature difference from the ambient environment is ≤20°C; this management avoids shrinkage cracks.
Extra-large components are cured in sections; thin-walled components use lower temperatures; these adjustments accommodate different needs.
Scientific curing guarantees quality. Qinglong UHPC intelligent curing system delivers precise parameter control.
