UHPC stands for Ultra-High Performance Concrete, a cement-based composite material with ultra-high strength, excellent durability, and outstanding toughness. According to the national standard GB/T 31387, UHPC must simultaneously meet the technical requirements of compressive strength no less than 120MPa, flexural strength no less than 18MPa, and a certain degree of toughness.
From a materials science perspective, the revolutionary breakthrough of UHPC stems from its dense microstructure and optimized fiber reinforcement system. Through the maximum packing density theory, the gradation of particles ranging from 0.1μm to 1mm in size is optimized, reducing porosity to below 3%; the addition of 2%-3% steel fibers significantly enhances toughness and crack resistance through the fiber bridging effect. Taking Qinglong UHPC as an example, the mass ratio of cement, silica fume, and quartz sand in its typical mix is 1:0.25:1.1, with a water-binder ratio of 0.18-0.22 and a fiber volume fraction of 2.5%, ultimately achieving performance indicators of 150MPa compressive strength, 22MPa flexural strength, and fracture energy as high as 1200J/m².
Compressive strength: 120-180MPa, 3-6 times that of ordinary concrete; flexural strength: 15-30MPa, with pronounced pseudo-strain-hardening characteristics; elastic modulus: 40-50GPa, high stiffness reduces deformation. These indicators ensure structural safety.
Chloride ion diffusion coefficient: ≤2.0×10⁻¹²m²/s, virtually impermeable to water; frost resistance grade: F300 or above, with mass loss ≤5% after 300 freeze-thaw cycles; carbonation depth: expected ≤1mm over 50 years. These parameters guarantee long-term durability.
Flowability: 600-800mm (slump flow); self-compacting: achieves compaction without vibration; initial setting time: adjustable between 2-4 hours. These characteristics ensure constructability.

Light transmittance: translucent UHPC can achieve a light transmittance of up to 30%; thermal conductivity: 1.5-2.0W/(m·K), superior to ordinary concrete; density: 2400-2600kg/m³, lightweight yet high-strength. These characteristics expand application fields.
The performance advantages of UHPC have been verified through extensive experiments and engineering practice. Choosing quality products and applying them correctly allows these performance advantages to be fully realized. Qinglong UHPC, with its precise control over material performance, has become the preferred material for major projects.
