Combustion Performance Class Certification

Tested to the GB 8624-2012 standard: Class A (A2) achieved; calorific value ≤3 MJ/kg; smoke density class ≤50; smoke toxicity class not lower than t1. These indicators ensure fire safety.

Fire Resistance Limit Test Results

20 mm thick panels achieve a fire resistance limit ≥1 h, and 30 mm thick panels ≥2 h; maximum temperature rise on the unexposed face ≤140°C; integrity without failure. Fire resistance performance meets code requirements.

Fire Protection Construction Measures

Fire stopping is installed between floors with a thickness ≥100 mm; cavities are fire-separated at intervals ≤20 m; Class A insulation materials are used. Improved construction details enhance fire performance.

Wall penetrations of pipes are sealed with fire-resistant materials; fire-resistant cover plates are installed at expansion joints; fire protection levels are raised at critical areas. Special areas require reinforced treatment.
