The UHPC production process is indeed far more complex than that of ordinary concrete, with a level of precision approaching that of precision manufacturing. In the Yirui Biotechnology Building project in Shenzhen, the Qinglong UHPC production line demonstrated an advanced level of craftsmanship: a German BHS twin-shaft mixer achieves 0.1% batching accuracy; a robotic material distribution system ensures three-dimensional uniform fiber distribution; and the intelligent curing kiln controls temperature and humidity to within ±1℃. This precision control keeps the product strength coefficient of variation within 5%. What is more, the production line is equipped with an online monitoring system that monitors 368 process parameters in real time, ensuring that any deviation is detected and corrected within 10 minutes.

Precision Control in the Batching Process

Dry material mixing time is ≥120s, and mixing after water addition is ≥180s; fibers are added in three stages to ensure uniform dispersion; temperature sensors monitor the material temperature in real time, keeping it at 20±2℃. This precision control is the foundation of performance consistency.

Mixing Process Technology Innovation

A planetary mixer is used with the peripheral speed controlled at 3m/s; vacuum mixing technology removes air bubbles, keeping air content ≤1%; this process ensures material compactness ≥98%.

Breakthrough in the Forming Process

Combined vibration + pressure forming is adopted, with pressure at 0.5-1.0MPa; the CNC vibrating table has adjustable frequency to ensure compaction; this process reduces product porosity to below 2%.

Scientific Optimization of the Curing Regime

Ambient-temperature curing for 24h + temperature-ramp curing (2℃/h) + constant-temperature curing (90℃×48h) + cooling curing (1.5℃/h); this regime optimizes strength development.
