In the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building project, the Qinglong UHPC production line demonstrated advanced process capabilities: a German BHS twin-shaft mixer achieves 0.1% batching accuracy; a robotic material distribution system ensures uniform three-dimensional fiber distribution; and the intelligent curing kiln maintains temperature and humidity control precision of ±1℃. This precision control keeps the product strength variation coefficient within 5%. Even more noteworthy, the production line's online monitoring system tracks 368 process parameters in real time, ensuring that any deviation is detected and corrected within 10 minutes.

Precision Control of the Batching Process

Dry material mixing time ≥120s; mixing after water addition ≥180s; fibers are added in three stages to ensure uniform dispersion; temperature sensors monitor material temperature in real time to keep it at 20±2℃. This precision control is the foundation of performance consistency.

Technological Innovation in the Mixing Process

A planetary mixer is used with linear speed controlled at 3m/s; vacuum mixing technology removes air bubbles, keeping air content ≤1%; this process ensures material compactness ≥98%.

Breakthrough in the Molding Process

A combined vibration + pressure molding method is adopted with pressure of 0.5-1.0MPa; the CNC vibration table has an adjustable frequency to ensure compaction; this process reduces product porosity to below 2%.

Scientific Optimization of the Curing Regime

Ambient-temperature curing for 24h + temperature-rising curing (2℃/h) + constant-temperature curing (90℃×48h) + cooling curing (1.5℃/h); this regime optimizes strength development.
