Technical Preparation Before Installation

Before installation, technical preparation work such as surveying and setting out, and substrate treatment must be completed. Precision instruments such as laser levels and total stations are used to ensure setting-out accuracy. Substrate flatness deviation must be controlled within 4mm/2m, and uneven areas must be leveled. Technical briefings must explain installation key points and precautions in detail.

Key Control Points During Installation

During installation, panel joint width must be strictly controlled, generally at 8-12mm. Special adjustment fittings are used for fine-tuning to ensure panel surface flatness. Joints are treated with special sealant to ensure waterproof performance. Quality inspections are carried out upon completion of each unit, with deviations corrected promptly.

Installation Techniques for Special Areas

Internal and external corners are reinforced with special angle brackets to ensure straight edges. Curved areas use adjustable hangers to achieve smooth transitions. Special joints are provided at expansion joints to accommodate thermal movement. These special techniques ensure a perfect overall result.

Post-Installation Commissioning and Inspection

After installation is completed, overall commissioning is carried out to check panel surface flatness and joint width uniformity. Water spray tests are conducted to verify waterproof performance. Infrared detectors are used to check for hollowing. Installation records are established to document key data.
