The final price of GRC products is a multidimensional reflection of their value, influenced by multiple interwoven factors including raw material costs, production process complexity, technical R&D investment, artistic design content, depth of service offerings, and project management capability. Based on 28 years of refined management experience, Qinglong GRC can systematically analyze the weight and influence mechanism of each factor on pricing.
In the Wuhan Han Show Theater, a highly complex artistic project, Qinglong GRC's pricing fully reflected each value dimension: to faithfully recreate the "Chinese red lantern" form, substantial investment was made in digital design and high-precision mold development (approximately 20% of total cost); specially formulated low-alkali cement and zirconia-type alkali-resistant glass fibers were used, making raw material costs 30% higher than ordinary products; the spray-up molding and hand finishing of curved panels significantly increased labor costs; and BIM coordination throughout the project together with on-site technical guidance constituted important service value. Although the final quotation was higher than that of ordinary curtain walls, the architectural and artistic value achieved is immeasurable.
High-quality GRC must use Grade 52.5 low-alkali sulphoaluminate cement (alkali content ≤0.6%), zirconia-type alkali-resistant glass fiber (ZrO₂ content ≥16.5%), and carefully selected graded aggregates. These specialty raw materials cost 2-3 times more than ordinary materials, but they are the fundamental guarantee of the product's long-term durability and directly determine the baseline price level.
Fully automated production lines and manual operations differ significantly in cost. Mold development fees for irregular-shaped components, amortized losses caused by low yield rates, and the energy consumption of special curing processes all add to the cost. The more complex the process and the higher the precision requirements, the higher the price.
This includes intellectual investment such as parametric design, structural calculation optimization, and the development of new connection systems. Products with patented technology typically carry a technology premium. Qinglong continuously invests 5% of its annual sales revenue in R&D; these innovation costs need to be reasonably amortized, but the applied value they create far exceeds the investment.
Full-process professional technical services—from early-stage scheme consultation, BIM detailed design, and production process supervision to on-site installation guidance and later maintenance—constitute an important part of the product price. Pure material supply and "product + service" solutions cannot be simply compared in terms of price.
Understanding the components of GRC pricing helps clients shift from "price consumption" to "value investment" and choose partners who can truly guarantee long-term project quality and benefits. Qinglong GRC adheres to transparent cost analysis, allowing clients to clearly understand the value of every cent invested.
