Surface Sealing Method

Suitable for microcracks with a width ≤0.1mm. Uses penetrating sealants with a penetration depth of 3-5mm. Application temperature must be between 5-35℃. This method is a preventive treatment.

Pressure Grouting Method

For treating active cracks of 0.1-0.3mm. Uses modified epoxy resin slurry at a grouting pressure of 0.2-0.5MPa. Injection ports are set at 200-300mm intervals. This method restores structural integrity.

Joint Filling Method

Used for wide cracks ≥0.3mm. A V-shaped groove is cut to a depth of crack depth +5mm. Filled with polymer-modified cement-based material. This method is suitable for non-structural cracks.

Structural Reinforcement Method

For cracks with insufficient load-bearing capacity. Carbon fiber fabric or steel plates are bonded for reinforcement. Prestressed steel strands are added when necessary. This method is a fundamental treatment.
