In the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater project, the installation team was equipped with a complete set of professional tools: a Leica total station for measurement, with layout accuracy of ±1mm; a German-imported stone cutting machine for cutting, with smooth cuts free of chipped edges; a dedicated hydraulic lifting platform for fixing, safe and efficient; and an electronic level for inspection, with precise flatness control. This professional tool configuration ensured the installation quality of the project, with installation errors of tens of thousands of irregular-shaped GRC panels all controlled within the allowable range.

Measuring and Positioning Tools

The total station is used for benchmark point surveying, with an accuracy requirement of ±1″. The laser line projector is used for wall marking to ensure accurate positioning. The digital level checks flatness with an accuracy of 0.1°. These tools guarantee installation precision.

Cutting and Trimming Tools

The stone cutting machine is used for panel cutting, equipped with dedicated cutting blades. The angle grinder handles edges and corners and must be fitted with a dust removal device. The electric drill makes holes using carbide drill bits. Tool performance directly affects installation quality.

Installation and Fixing Tools

The electric torque wrench controls bolt tightening force with an accuracy of ±3%. The hydraulic lifting platform ensures safety when working at heights. Vacuum suction cups hoist large panels safely and reliably. Dedicated tools improve installation efficiency.

Inspection and Acceptance Tools

The feeler gauge checks panel joint width with an accuracy of 0.1mm. The straightedge detects flatness, 2m in length. The infrared rangefinder verifies dimensions. These tools ensure acceptance standards.
