In the Wuhan Han Show Theatre project, the installation team was equipped with a complete set of professional tools: a Leica total station was used for measurement, with layout accuracy of ±1mm; imported German marble cutters were used for cutting, producing smooth cuts with no chipped edges; dedicated hydraulic lifting platforms were used for fixing, safe and efficient; electronic levels were used for inspection, with precise flatness control. Measurement and Positioning Tools

Total stations are used for establishing reference points, with an accuracy requirement of ±1″. Laser line projectors are used for marking walls to ensure accurate positioning. Digital spirit levels check flatness with a precision of 0.1°. These tools guarantee installation accuracy.

Marble cutters are used for cutting panels, fitted with dedicated cutting blades. Angle grinders handle edges and corners and must be equipped with dust extraction devices. Electric drills make openings using carbide drill bits. Tool performance directly affects installation quality.

Electric torque wrenches control bolt tightening force with a precision of ±3%. Hydraulic lifting platforms ensure the safety of work at height. Vacuum suction cups hoist large panels safely and reliably. Specialized tools improve installation efficiency.

Feeler gauges check panel joint width with a precision of 0.1mm. Straightedges, 2m in length, detect flatness. Infrared rangefinders verify dimensions. These tools ensure acceptance standards are met.
