What to Do About GRC Cracks? Qinglong GRC Crack Treatment System Project

The treatment of GRC cracks requires targeted solutions based on the crack's nature, width, and depth. Cracks can be classified by width into: micro cracks (≤0.1mm), fine cracks (0.1-0.3mm), and structural cracks (≥0.3mm). Surface Sealing Method

Suitable for micro cracks with a width ≤0.1mm. Uses a penetrating sealant to a depth of 3-5mm. Application temperature must be between 5-35℃. This is a preventive treatment method.

Pressure Grouting Method

Treats active cracks of 0.1-0.3mm. Uses modified epoxy resin slurry with a grouting pressure of 0.2-0.5MPa. Grouting ports are set at intervals of 200-300mm. This method restores structural integrity.

Joint Filling Method

Used for wide cracks ≥0.3mm. A V-shaped groove is cut to a depth of crack depth +5mm. Filled with polymer-modified cement-based materials. This method is suitable for non-structural cracks.

Structural Reinforcement Method

For cracks with insufficient load-bearing capacity. Carbon fiber sheets or steel plates are bonded for reinforcement. Prestressed steel strands are added when necessary. This is a fundamental treatment method.
