Capacity Reserve Mechanism

A 20% capacity reserve is established to handle large-volume orders. Equipment utilization is improved through production plan optimization. Dedicated production lines are reserved to serve key customers. This mechanism ensures supply capability.

Supply Chain Collaboration Guarantee

A collaborative platform has been established with 86 core suppliers, implementing the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) model. Safety stocks of raw materials are maintained, and these measures are especially important amid supply chain fluctuations.

Quality Assurance System

Large-volume production demands even stricter quality control. Testing frequency and sampling ratios are increased, with full-process quality traceability implemented. In large-order production, Qinglong maintains a first-pass qualification rate above 99%.

Logistics and Distribution Optimization

Scientific delivery plans are developed and a unitized transportation model is adopted. Emergency logistics channels are established, and the successful practice in a project in Nanning proves the reliability of this system.
