How Do Products Perform in UHPC Manufacturer Cooperation Cases? An Empirical Study on the Practical Effectiveness of Qinglong UHPC Projects

The actual application performance of UHPC products needs to be verified through the long-term service conditions of completed projects. Qinglong UHPC establishes tracking archives for completed projects, collecting long-term product performance data through regular follow-up visits and testing, providing empirical support for material applications.

A follow-up visit conducted 5 years after completion of the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building project showed: the surface color retention of UHPC curtain wall panels remained above 95%, with no cracking or weathering, and a flexural strength retention rate of 96%. In the Wuhan Han Show Theater project, red UHPC panels in use for 8 years showed a color change of ΔE≤3.2, fully within the acceptable range. At a coastal project in Hainan, after 8 years of exposure to the marine environment, the carbonation depth of components was only 0.3mm, with a chloride ion diffusion coefficient of 1.2×10⁻¹²m²/s. These long-term data strongly verify the durability of UHPC and provide solid support for the promotion and application of the material.
