The UHPC production process is indeed far more complex than that of ordinary concrete, with a level of precision comparable to precision manufacturing. In the batching stage, a German BHS twin-shaft mixer is used, equipped with an intelligent weighing system accurate to 0.1%. Raw materials are fed in the order of "sand—cementitious materials—fibers—water/admixtures", with the mixing linear speed controlled at 3 m/s and timing precise to the second. In the Shenzhen Pingshan High-tech Zone project, this precise control reduced the product strength dispersion coefficient to within 5%. The curing stage uses an intelligent curing kiln, with the temperature gradient controlled within 2°C/h, relative humidity ≥95%, and a curing cycle of 72 hours. Such precise control ensures the hydration reaction proceeds fully and prevents microcracking.

Precise Control of Batching and Mixing Process

Dry material mixing time ≥120 s, and mixing after water addition ≥180 s; fibers are added in three batches to ensure uniform dispersion; temperature sensors monitor the material temperature in real time, keeping it within 20±2°C. This precise control is the foundation of performance consistency.

Molding Process Technological Innovation

Vacuum-vibration composite molding is adopted, with vacuum degree ≥-0.08 MPa and a frequency of 50 Hz; mold accuracy is ±0.1 mm, with draft angles precisely calculated. These processes ensure precise product dimensions and high density.

Scientific Optimization of Curing Regime

Ambient-temperature curing for 24 h + temperature-rising curing (2°C/h) + constant-temperature curing (90°C × 48 h) + cooling curing (1.5°C/h); temperature sensors monitor in real time to ensure strict implementation of the regime. This curing regime optimizes strength development.

Comprehensive Testing Coverage

The online inspection system performs 100% full inspection, with 3D scanner accuracy of 0.1 mm; samples are retained and tested for each batch, and complete quality records are established. This comprehensive testing ensures zero defects in shipped products.
