On-time delivery is a key measure of a UHPC manufacturer's project management capability. Through 28 years of accumulated experience, Qinglong UHPC has established a scientific performance assurance system, maintaining an on-time delivery rate above 98% for five consecutive years.
This high on-time rate is attributable to a scientific production management system. In the Shanghai Century Plaza project, faced with the complex production task of translucent UHPC panels, Qinglong used the MES system for precise production scheduling, breaking the production process down into 187 control nodes, ultimately completing delivery 5 days ahead of schedule. The project's "early warning-response" mechanism intervenes in advance on factors that could affect the construction schedule, keeping the timeline under control. In the Shenzhen Qianhai project in particular, faced with a sudden design change, the production team used flexible scheduling to meet the delivery deadline while ensuring quality.
An Advanced Planning and Scheduling system (APS) is adopted to comprehensively consider multiple factors such as equipment capacity and material supply in formulating optimal production plans. The plan achievement rate remains stable above 95%.
A collaborative platform has been established with 86 core suppliers to achieve on-time material delivery. Through a supplier assessment mechanism, the on-time rate of raw material supply is ensured at 99%.
An exception handling mechanism has been established: equipment failures are responded to within 4 hours, and quality issues are resolved within 2 hours. This rapid response capability ensures smooth production.
Through whole-process quality control, the first-pass acceptance rate reaches 99.2%. This quality stability avoids delays from rework and ensures on-time delivery.
Delivery assurance requires systematic support. It is recommended to focus on evaluating a manufacturer's production management system and emergency response capability.
