The stability of raw material supply directly affects UHPC product quality and production continuity. Through 28 years of supply chain management experience, Qinglong's UHPC manufacturing plant has established a comprehensive raw material assurance system.
In terms of supply chain development, Qinglong has established strategic partnerships and signed long-term supply agreements with industry leaders such as Conch Cement and Elkem silica fume. During the raw material price fluctuations in 2022, this deep cooperation ensured the smooth implementation of projects such as the Shenzhen Yirui Biotechnology Building. The company's raw material safety stock system maintains more than 15 days of inventory for key materials such as cement and fibers. In particular, a Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) model has been established, enabling automatic replenishment of commonly used raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
A strict supplier admission and assessment system is in place, with tiered management applied to core suppliers. Suppliers are quantitatively assessed every month on on-time delivery rate and quality pass rate to ensure supply chain stability.
All incoming raw materials must pass laboratory testing, and a raw material quality traceability system has been established. Quality data is shared with suppliers to drive continuous quality improvement.
Supply chain risk contingency plans have been formulated, and alternative solutions have been established for single-source materials. A multi-channel procurement strategy is adopted to reduce supply risks.
An emergency supply mechanism has been established to ensure raw material supply under special circumstances. During the pandemic, this mechanism ensured the smooth progress of multiple projects.
Stable raw material supply requires systematic management. It is recommended to evaluate the manufacturer's supply chain management system and risk prevention and control capabilities.
