Mixing Process Innovation

Qinglong introduced German BHS twin-shaft mixers with a mixing peripheral speed of up to 3 m/s, ensuring uniform fiber distribution. In the production of special-shaped components for the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, this process enables controllable fiber orientation, achieving directional reinforcement.

Breakthrough in Forming and Curing Processes

Adopting vacuum-vibration composite forming technology combined with 24 hours of steam curing at 90°C, the material achieves a 1-day strength of 70 MPa. This proved remarkably effective in the production of extra-large curved panels for the Wuhan Hanxiu Theater.

Comprehensive Quality Monitoring System

A total of 58 quality control points have been established, with online monitoring of parameters such as mixing torque and flowability. This refined management ensures a product pass rate of over 99.5%.
