Significant differences in durability do exist among UHPC products from different manufacturers. According to accelerated aging tests and engineering practice data, high-quality UHPC products can last over 100 years, while ordinary products may last only 30-50 years.

In the Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center project, Qinglong UHPC roof panels have withstood 8 years of tropical marine climate, with a carbonation depth of only 0.2mm and a chloride ion diffusion coefficient below 1×10⁻¹²m²/s. During the same period, some other manufacturers' products under the same environment had already shown surface weathering. These differences mainly stem from variations in raw material quality, production processes, and quality control systems.

Raw Material Quality Differences

High-quality UHPC uses premium raw materials such as Grade 52.5 low-alkali cement and silica fume, costing 20-30% more than ordinary materials, but this is the fundamental guarantee of durability.

Production Process Impact
