The UHPC production process is indeed far more complex than that of ordinary concrete, and this complexity is precisely the technical guarantee of its outstanding performance. In the Comprehensive Service Center project of Shenzhen Pingshan High-tech Zone, the Qinglong UHPC production line includes 12 key procedures such as precise raw material metering, high-speed mixing, mold preparation, material placing and forming, and steam curing. In particular, the adopted "dry-mix first, then wet-mix" mixing process requires 3 minutes of dry material mixing, 5 minutes of high-speed mixing after adding water, and finally 2 minutes of slow mixing after adding fibers, for a total of 10 minutes, ensuring uniform fiber dispersion. Qinglong introduced German BHS twin-shaft mixers with a mixing line speed of up to 3m/s, ensuring uniform fiber distribution. In the production of special-shaped components for the Shanghai Astronomy Museum, this process made fiber orientation controllable, achieving directional reinforcement.

Breakthrough in Forming and Curing Process

The vacuum-vibration composite forming technology, combined with 90℃ steam curing for 24 hours, enables the material to reach a 1-day strength of 70MPa. This process has delivered remarkable results in the production of super-large curved panels for the Wuhan Han Show Theatre.
