What Are the UHPC Casting Methods? A Complete Analysis of Qinglong's UHPC Casting Process

The casting method of UHPC directly affects forming quality and performance. Through 28 years of practice, Qinglong has developed multiple mature processes including conventional casting, pumped casting, and spray casting, allowing selection of the most suitable method according to project needs.

In the double-curved curtain wall project of the Nanning New Media Center, faced with complex shaping requirements, Qinglong innovatively adopted the self-leveling casting method. By optimizing the mix proportion, the mixture flowability reached over 700mm while keeping the viscosity coefficient within a reasonable range. This high-flow concrete automatically filled every corner of the mold without vibration, perfectly reproducing the design shape. Project testing showed that the components had uniform density and the strength standard deviation was controlled within 3%, achieving ideal results.
